When you’re very busy working on your websites or developing your applications, you rarely have enough time to keep track of what is happening with your VPS server – if it is overloaded or whether all the processes are running just fine. With our Optional Admin Services package, we will take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS server will be included in the custom–built server monitoring system and in the event that there is a sign of a problem, our sysadmins will be informed immediately.

Weekly Backups

In case you manage a popular website or a resource–demanding web app, it’s compulsory to maintain a full back–up copies of everything. However, configuring an auto backup solution can be hard. That’s why we offer you our Optional Admin Services package – we will maintain a full backup of your VPS server, not just of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the customizations that you have made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure specific software apps on it. And if this may sound like something far too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Admin Services offer, is the right thing for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our knowledgeable technical support engineers who will install any software application or rectify any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an extra feature.
